Handstand workshops worldwide · Beginner to advanced. 20 years of practice distilled into every session.
For the past 15 years I have been teaching and sharing the skills of hand balancing in live events and on social media.
My 20-year career as an international and collegiate gymnast led me to Las Vegas where I performed for 8 years as an acrobat in the spectacle Le Rêve. During this time I began to explore handstands through self-practice and with the guidance of other artists and teachers. As I developed an understanding of this art, I became more and more focused and passionate about handbalancing. After leaving the stage behind I began to share my knowledge and skills with other practitioners until hand balancing became a significant part of my life.
Today I travel the world conducting workshops and intensives and teach at the professional circus program of Académie Fratellini in Paris.

I am committed to making this space an invaluable tool in your quest to master your handstand, from the early stages and on to the advanced handstand.
Over the years I have shared my knowledge and experience with thousands of practitioners in workshops around the world. The App includes an extensive library of nearly 500 videos of drills and skills to help you towards achieving your goals while perfecting your free standing handstand — including advanced skills such as the one-arm handstand.
The App will be continuously updated for your knowledge and to help you improve your skills — as I have done over decades of handstand exploration.
Handstand blocks are a useful training tool for advanced handstand practice, especially for those transitioning towards the development of a one-arm handstand. I was introduced to the training blocks in 2005 by my mentor, Claude Victoria. Since then the blocks have become an integral part of my training and development as a hand balancer.
These hollow, birch plywood blocks are manufactured according to my specifications. They come in three width sizes: 9cm, 10cm and 11cm. They function the same but vary according to hand size.
If you are interested in purchasing my blocks, please contact us at YuvalOnHands@gmail.com. Please specify the size you prefer, the quantity of pairs required and your mailing address. We will then get back to you with the costs of the blocks and shipping.
